At ELIV OE. we ship purchase orders as soon as possible, but this will not always be possible on the same day as your order. We process and ship your order the next day (as long as the order has been placed by 12:00 noon), otherwise it will be shipped the very next day. In any case, if the shipping time is different than there is a problem we will inform you by e-mail or telephone about the progress of your purchase order.<\/p>

After completing your purchase order you should receive a confirmation e-mail.<\/b> If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam folder. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number from the courier company.<\/p>
