At ELIV OE. we ship purchase orders as soon as possible, but this will not always be possible on the same day as your order. We process and ship your order the next day (as long as the order has been placed by 12:00 noon), otherwise it will be shipped the very next day. In any case, if the shipping time is different than there is a problem we will inform you by e-mail or telephone about the progress of your purchase order.

After completing your purchase order you should receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam folder. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number from the courier company.

Shipments to Greece
• Our products arrive at your door within 1 to 3 business days via courier services..

• For purchases of products with a total cost of more than fifty euros (€50.0), shipping costs are free.

• For purchases with a total cost of less than fifty euros (€50.0), shipping costs are three euros (€3.0 including VAT).

• There is no additional charge for shipping costs for inaccessible areas and thus we ensure that no matter where you are in Greece, the shipping cost will be the same.
