Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as in force, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase contract without giving a reason for his decision, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which he or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the product.

How to Exercise the Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the company, before the expiry of the above deadline, with a clear statement of his decision.

The declaration can be sent:

• by e-mail to the address: info@eliv.gr,
• through the online store’s contact form, or
• by any other appropriate means that proves the timely sending of the declaration or by phone at 2102754997.

After submitting the declaration of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days.

Product Return Conditions

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must:

• be in its original condition,
• not have been used beyond the extent required to establish its nature, characteristics and function,
• be accompanied by the original packaging and all accessories,
• be accompanied by the retail receipt or purchase invoice.

The consumer is only responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from use other than that necessary for examining the product.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For reasons of health and hygiene protection, withdrawal is not accepted for products that were delivered sealed and unsealed after delivery, as they are no longer suitable for return.

Indicatively, this applies to cosmetics, personal care and grooming products, when the protective seal has been removed or their packaging has been opened.

Return Costs

The shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a proven error of the company or a defective product.

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, the company proceeds to refund the amount paid for its purchase, including the costs of the original delivery, with the exception of any additional charges resulting from choosing a different shipping method than the most economical standard delivery method offered by the company.

The refund will be made without undue delay within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the company was informed of the decision to withdraw.

The company may withhold the refund until it receives the products or until the customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the option to cancel your order, without any charge, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

If you have provided us with your e-mail address, you will know when this is, because we will inform you by e-mail that the order has been shipped.

In the event that the order is canceled after the start of shipping and before receipt, you will be charged for the postage, return shipping costs and any cash on delivery costs, if you have chosen cash on delivery.

After deducting the above, the remaining amount of the order will be refunded to you within 14 days, to the account you indicate.

In case you have already received the order, it is not possible to cancel the order without returning the products.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

ELIV O.E. will replace the defective product free of charge if it receives it within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The shipping fees for the defective product are borne by ELIV O.E.

To avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects, such as incomplete order, damaged product, etc., although we do check the products before they are shipped.

In case you find any defect, you must contact us immediately after delivery, on the same day or the next business day, at 2102754997 or at info@eliv.gr.

If the return is agreed, the address to which the products must be sent for return is the headquarters of ELIV O.E., Moschonision 27, Nea Ionia, P.C. 14232.

Note: Only if the cooperating courier company ACS Courier is selected with the indication Recipient Charge, the cost of returning the product for replacement is borne by ELIV O.E. Otherwise, the costs are borne by the customer.

• In the event of a refund, this will be completed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the products at the company’s headquarters.
• Refunds will be issued with the same form of payment chosen at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will credit your account.
